Bern Nadette Stanis

Bern Nadette Stanis (born Bernadette Stanislaus; December 22, 1953) is an American actress and author. She is best known for her role as Thelma Ann Evans–Anderson , the middle child and only daughter of Florida and James Evans, Sr. on the CBS sitcom ''Good Times'' (1974–1979). She is the author of two books, ''Situations 101: Relationships, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly'' and a collection of her poetry ''For Men Only''. Her latest appeararance was on TV One's show ''Life After''.
== Early life==
Bernadette Stanislaus was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, to Eula and Gregory Stanislaus. She is a graduate of the Juilliard School.〔 (originally published in ''Chicago Tribune'', 28 December 1975)〕
